Amigo
For Good
Isolated. not alone.
How can we have direct contact with thousands of people at the same time, increase their co-operation in reporting their condition, monitor any changes in their health, encourage their spirit and allow the operator to provide immediate assistance that they need?
The Solution
On each day, the person in isolation receives personalized questions and messages that are tailor-made; according to age, the reason for isolation, and other characteristics defined by the system's operating body.
The system monitors the responses received and responds immediately and personally. All answers are stored in the repository, letting the operator know what the person’s situation is at each stage.
The system uses the Telegram messaging app and therefore does not require embedding and changing user experience habits.

The System Includes

Management System
A system that allows viewing and monitoring for all correspondence made with the people isolation, providing alerts when the identified person is in distress.
The system includes a “people in isolation” management list, segmented by age, region, languages , and interests.
The system allows you to enter questions and content in different languages.
