The 'Oved-Li' system helps employers find the right candidates
for the desired position during the Coronavirus crisis. It generates broad exposure for job seekers as well as employers.
The corona crisis has led to a steep rise among job seekers in Israel.
At the same time, new factors changed the workforce:
Employment of remote workers
Willingness of skilled workers to work in non-specialized positions
Need to rapidly recruit workers for local jobs
Community solidarity to help locals find work
The "Oved-Li" website will contain a large national database of employers.
They will be able to locate available employees who are suitable for the job according to defined criteria.
How Does it Work?

Fill out a detailed questionnaire that includes details of your specific characteristics and attach a resume.

Fill in the details of the job and specific characteristics needed for the job
Scans the resume database using a search engine with artificial intelligence capabilities (technology that has already been developed)
Locates the candidates who match the defined position.
It will then send their resume to the employer.
The employer can then directly address the candidate and offer him the job.

Extensive exposure to work, including jobs that can be done from home
Exposure to employers within your community / area
Possibility to emphasize specific characteristics such as - person with disabilities, single income household, Arabic, mother tongue, etc.
A system of alerts on relevant searches that encourages contact with the employer through recommendations

The project is led by Ronen Ben Haim-
Engineer and VP of Infoneto, which specializes in recruiting through artificial intelligence technologies. He is also a social entrepreneur.
The back-end system was developed at Infoneto, the front-end system was developed at Hilma
